HDPE pipe (Item No.AC9520) |
CHARACTERISTICS OF PIPES
1. Standards: the production of PE water supply pipes is carned out by strictly. implementing standard GB / T 13663.1-2005 and at the same time by referring ISO 4427-1996. the hygiene specifications are in line with the GB/ T 172I9.
2 .Color: PE water pipes color is black, with an eye-catching blue color bar on the surface.
3 .Range and specification : The Company's PE water supply pipes are In two series of PE80 and PE100 according to raw materials to be used. The series PEI00 can be divided into 5 classes of SDR11, SDR13.6 SDR17 , SDR21and SDR26 ; The series PE80 is divided into 5 classes of SDR11, SD R13.6, SDR17,SDR21 and SDR33.
4.Length : The Company's straight pipes are generally supplied in 6 meters or 12 meters and are available according to customers' requirements. The pipes with outside diameters less than 63mm can also be supplied in rolls with lengths of 50 meters, 100 meters or 150 meters, but also be supplied according to customer's requirement. |
CHARACTERISTICS OF HDPE PIPES
HDPE has excellent chemical stability, ageing durability and cracking resistibility to outside force. Its application covers wide temperature range and high pressure with outstanding overall mechanical properties.
1. Chemical stability, thanks to the non-anode/cathode characteristic of the HDPE molecule, it has very excellent chemical stability. Except few extreme oxidizers, it is free from harm of most chemical medium, it is a environment friendly producing no bacteria and dirt, so that its flux area will never reduce with time.
2 .Easy connection operation (nainly connected through hot nelting ):fewer fittings and zero leaks
3 .Easy installation : Moving and connecting is easy for HDPE thanks to its lightweight. That means a fast and easy installation and simple maintenance. The advan-tage is especially outstanding when the time is limited and the working condition is bad.
4 .Small resistance and big flux. Bigger flux is espected for HDPE pipes than other pipes with the sane diamete. That means that a smaller HDPE can work fie the same requirements.
5 .Good flexibility (22.50). HDPE pipes are a little vertically flexible, free from badinfluence of uneven ground precipitation in some situation. It can be installed in ditch kind things without help of fittings.
6 .Excellent resistance to low temperature: its impact resistant embrittling temperature is -70, which means a protection free operation in common low temperature: 30. this is especially good fir winter installation . HDPE pipes also have outstanding impact resistance, beyond harm from water hammers 2.5 times of the metric pressure.
7 .Excellent abrasion resistance. German experiments improve that HDPE abrasion resistance is times an higher ad steel pipes.
8 .Durable use. It can be used fir more than 50 years with direct exposure to sunlight V-R |
